Michael Kelly was founded in 1999 by a team based in Florida, which aimed to cover a niche market by producing mandolins and austical basses with affordable prices but with a boutique look.

Having quickly gained the favor of customers thanks to products with an excellent quality/price ratio, in 2001 it introduced the first acoustic guitars, and later expanded the range with electric guitars and basses.

Currently the catalog offers instruments suitable for every type of user: from beginners to professionals looking for an alternative sound “Right out of the box”.
